Opening times:

Please come to the Thai Spa reception 15 minutes before the time of your appointment, to relax and enjoy your treatment.

If you arrive late your treatment time and its benefits will be reduced. The cost is the same whatever your time of arrival at the Spa. There is a 15-minute tolerance period for late arrivers, deducted from the treatment time. After this time has elapsed we will apply our cancellation policy.

Your therapist:

All our therapists are qualified professionals. If you prefer to be attended by a specific member of staff, or if you prefer a male or female therapist, please let us know when you make your booking.  Confirmation of a particular therapist is at the discretion of the Thai Spa Management and availability at the centre.

Time at the Spa:

The Thai Spa relaxation area is for exclusive use by guests who have booked treatments. You may use this area for an hour before or after your treatment. This is so that we can respect our guests' calm and relaxation.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings may be cancelled up to 8 hours before the chosen appointment time at no charge; for later cancellations, the total fee for the services will be charged.
